This week I’m hoping that I’m starting to implement
I’m taking part in a 12 week Thinking Slimmer challenge. Every night this week, before bed, I have been listening to a slimpod in the hopes that it will retrain my thinking about food and my general health.
I’m have also embraced using the Wii to help with my activity levels in the day. I’m pleased to report that I have completed my EA Active workout every day that I have been requested to so far.
My goal is to generally be fitter and more active so that I can keep up with my growing children. I’m also hoping that this new mindset will result in my dropping a dress size and hopefully get back into my pre-pregnacy clothes.
I’m pleased to report this week our house is still feeling relaxed and calm. Ethan’s food battles haven’t been so bad at dinner time and we think it’s because we are now all able to sit around the dinner table. I also had a morning catch up with the girls with is always nice.
I wonder what next week will bring?
