Thinking Slimmer 12 Week Challenge – Week 5 Update

It’s week 5 of my Thinking Slimmer 12 week challenge. Every night I have continued to listen to my slimpod and chillpod to retrain my thinking and keep me focused on my goals.

The three goals I have set for myself are

1) Feel fitter and be able to run around with my children with ease

2) Drink less tea and more water

3) Drop a dress size

This is what I have been up to over the past week

Wii Fit and EA Active

Again this hasn’t been touched as my mind has been elsewhere filling in Ethan’s forms. We are having some much needed family time this week so I am to be back on track the week after.

Tea Drinking

I really don’t miss my tea now, we do keep track on how many I have and I won’t go over four even when people are visiting. I’m also starting to drink more water.

Chocolate

No chocolate this week and this could have easily been a week that I reached for it.

Cereal Before Bed

Still working on this!!!

A Positive

Ethan and Darren had a McDonald’s this week and I didn’t have one, or feel I needed one. We live very close to a McDonald’s and it was getting very easy to have one once a week.

Weight-loss vs Measurements

After a week of not going near the Wii, I was very happy at this weeks results. My weight has stayed the same but my BMI has gone down again.

Todays BMI – 30.04

Week 5 weight-loss – No loss

Chest Measurement – No loss

Waist Measurement – 2.5 cm lost

Bicep Measurement – No loss

Hip Measurement – No loss

Thigh Measurement -0.5 cm lost
