Thinking Slimmer – Week 16 + 17 Update

It’s week 17 of my Thinking Slimmer journey, I didn’t get the chance to blog about week 16 last week. I haven’t been feeling 100% for the past two weeks and I’m still fighting something off. I also didn’t listen to my Thinking Slimmer pods every night and I certainly noticed a difference. This meant that I wasn’t really watching what I was eating and therefore my BMI increased in week 16. Even though there was quite a bit of eating out in week 17 I actually lost weight and I’m back on track.

The three goals I have set for myself are

1) Feel fitter and be able to run around with my children with ease

2) Drink less tea and more water

3) Drop a dress size

Week 16 BMI – 28.79

Week 16 weight – No loss

Chest Measurement – No loss

Waist Measurement – No loss

Bicep Measurement – No loss

Hip Measurement – No loss

Thigh Measurement – No loss

Week 17

Week 17 BMI – 28.36

Week 17 weight – 2 pound weight loss

Chest Measurement – No loss

Waist Measurement – No loss

Bicep Measurement – No loss

Hip Measurement – No loss

Thigh Measurement – No loss
