Since we have been weaning Little E, Ethan has discovered rice cakes. He loves them and this is great news for us, as we have found something else we can give him as a snack. So when we were asked if we would like to try the Kallø Kids Milk Chocolate Rice Cake Minis we knew we couldn’t refuse.
Each race cake is made with wholegrain brown rice and is coated in the finest Belgian milk chocolate. They contain no artificial colours or preservatives and are suitable for vegetarians. They are also coeliac friendly.
Each packet contains 6 individual packs, perfect for on the go, containing four rice cakes each.
Our Verdict
Ethan was quite happy to eat these rice cakes. We were happy to give them to him, knowing that Ethan was still getting a little chocolate fix but a healthier option than his normal choice.
We all tried the rice cakes and being that I would normally avoid rice cakes I would happily snack on these. Being coated with Belgian chocolate really does make the rice cakes a pleasant snack.
I love that they come in individual packs as they will be perfect for me to put in our packed lunches. I will be adding these to Ethan’s weekly snack collection.
