The Father Christmas Experience at Marsh Farm

I’m all about creating memories as a family which means I do like visiting a Christmas Experience at this time of year. Last year we visited Center Parcs for Winter Wonderland and the years before that we had visited Lapland UK on the Superstar days they hold. This year with our preparations for Disney World and the fact that my husband might have been moaning about the distance we booked the Father Christmas Experience at Marsh Farm. Marsh Farm is in Essex and not such a long drive from us but it is actually a place we have never visited. Our friends had visited the Father Christmas experience last year…

Our Day Visiting Paradise Wildlife Park

Paradise Wildlife Park sent us an invitation to visit and review what they had to offer for a family day out. We have passed signs for Paradise Wildlife Park when on the way to Legoland Windsor but we have never visited before. To keep it a surprise we didn’t tell the children until the morning of our visit. They were very excited to be visiting Paradise Wildlife Park to see the animals. On arrival we made our way to the Animal Park. We entered the park via The Discovery Centre as this is where we collected our tickets. By doing this we were unaware that the park is split in…

Beauty And The Beast Afternoon Tea

Sunday marked our ninth wedding anniversary. Nine years sound like such a long time ago but it has flown past. We have gone through so many different things in that short time. At times it feels like our pre-married life is a different world away. Surprisingly we have never really done anything to mark any of our anniversary’s. We might have been lucky to celebrate our local Pizza Express or Prezzo if my mum babysat. But that really has been the extent of our celebrations. That is until I discovered The Kensington Hotel in London was hosting Beauty and the Beast afternoon tea. I was desperate to book it and…

    Taking A Toddler To Diggerland

Last year we were asked if we would like to visit Diggerland Kent so that we could review our day out. We left Little E with her grandparents as being one we didn’t think there would be much for her to do there. This year Diggerland has partnered with Little Tikes to create a Wheelz Play Zone and we were invited back again to review the new area. This meant we would be able to share our experience of taking a toddler to diggerland. We are lucky as Little E is quite tall for her age. This means she could go on anything at Diggerland for children over 90 cm’s…

Diggerland Kent Little Tikes Wheelz Play Zone REVIEW

Last year we were invited to Digglerland Kent so that we could review a day out there. We left Little E with her grandparents as we wasn’t sure what a toddler would be able to do at Diggerland. This year Diggerland has partnered with Little Tikes to introduce a Little Tikes Wheelz Play Zone for their younger guests. Diggerland invited us to visit them again so that Little E could put the Wheelz Play Zone to the test. The Little Tikes Wheelz Play Zone is situated near the start of Diggerland Kent. It is positioned in-between two buildings, one that contains the toilets, and is opposite the Spindizzy ride. We…
