Can you believe there are only NINE Friday’s left until Christmas?
I can’t, and this year I want to make it as special as possible for Ethan as last year I had terrible morning sickness and could just about function!
To at least start our preparations we were happy to review a personalised letter from Santa supplied by the Lapland Mailroom.
About The Lapland Mailroom
Letters from Santa start to leave the Lapland mailroom from the 1st of December 2014, landing on the door steps of children a few days later. There is also a next day delivery option which allows you to receive your letter the very next day, if ordered before 2pm. They can also be delivered worldwide.
There are 4 fabulous letters to choose from, 3 of the letters are suitable for any age and are slightly different for brothers and sisters. There is also a baby’s first Christmas letter available as a beautiful keepsake.
The letters are completely unique to each child, personalised at time of purchase. They include the child’s name and address and also with information that only Santa knows, including the best friends name and the most wanted present on Christmas day. Letters are priced at £6.95 each.Included in the letters, FREE of charge for a limited time, is a personalised ‘Nice Child Certificate’. The certificates are normally priced at £2.95.
For an extra £1.00 you can include an activity pack that contains the following

Door Hanger for the Child’s bedroom
Colour and keep Christmas tree decoration
Ordering A Personalised Letter From Santa
Ordering a letter for Ethan was a quick and simple process. I love that there are three types of letters to choose from and they are quite detailed. It actually took me quite a while to pick the letter I wanted for him as I loved them all.
When personalising the letter you are asked for the basics, name, boy/girl, age etc but you are also asked other questions that you can write the answers too. Not just select from a generic drop down option, which is perfect for us as we like to do things differently!
I really liked the fact that you can choose if the letter is signed from Santa Claus or Father Christmas, where you will be on Christmas Eve, and what you left out for the reindeer’s last year. There is also the option to add a special note or an achievement at the end of the letter. This all helps to make the letter really personal.
The Letter – Our Verdict
I loved the detailing on the envelope, when this lands on your doormat your child will know it is from a very special place.
Both the envelope and the letter are printed on very high quality paper.
Even the ‘Nice Child Certificate’ and activity pack are high quality, and for only an extra £1.00, I think it is well worth the money.
We have ordered personalised letters from Santa before and this is, by far, my favourite for all it’s detailing. I’m looking forward to giving Ethan his letter in December.
Will try again… I said ‘Love it’! And that it’s never too early for Christmas… unless Halloween hasn’t happened yet 😉
