I love Harry Potter. The Wizarding World was the main reason we wanted to visit Universal Studios Orlando in 2017. In November we reviewed the Kids@Play Harry Potter Infinity Advent Calendar. They have added a new Harry Potter collectable to their Wizarding World collection, Harry Potter Magical Capsules.

The Harry Potter Magical Capsules
These magical capsules feature 10 characters to collect from the Harry Potter series. Contained in fantastic Bronze Hogwarts Crests there are three compartments to open full of surprises.
Inside compartment number one you will discover a Hogwart’s Crest. Using your body heat you can reveal which House your character is in.
Inside the second compartment there is a spell written in secret ink. To reveal the spell dip the paper in water. From these clues will you be able to work out which character you have inside compartment number three?
There are four wrapped parcels to discover inside compartment number three. Who did Little E discover in hers?
What Did Little E Find Inside Her Harry Potter Magical Capsules?
Little E was sent two of the Harry Potter Magical Capsules. Unfortunately they both contained the same character. She was a little bit disappointed but it is the luck of the draw with surprise toys.
She was very excited about opening her capsules. So excited that Little E actually missed opening up compartment one and two first. You will see in our unboxing video that she did this after discovering which character she had.
In the Hogwarts Crest first and second compartments Little E discovered a Hogwarts Crest that changed red for Gryffindor. Her magic spell revealed ‘Wingardium Leviosa‘ when she dipped it in water.
In Little E’s fourth wrapped parcels she discovered the following

- A Howler Letter
- Scabbers
- A Magic Wand
- Ronald Weasley

What Does Little E Love About These Capsules?
Little E was very excited about opening the Bronze Hogwarts Crest. She found the compartments very easy to open. The surprises are hidden in paper wrappings which also make them easy for her to open.
She couldn’t hide her disappointment when she quickly worked out that she was opening a second Ron Weasley. Little E is normally very lucky when it comes to surprise toys. She was very shocked that she had two of the same characters.
What Do I Love About Love About The Harry Potter Magical Capsules?
I think this Harry Potter range is perfect for all Harry Potter fans young and old. In this first series, you will be able to collect Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Luna Lovegood, Ginny Weasley, Draco Malfoy, Cho Chang, Professor Severus Snape, and Cedric Diggory. There is also a rare secret character.
What I also love about this surprise set is that they use paper wrappings. Perfect for recycling. The Bronze Hogwarts Crest is a collectable in itself. I would happily display those alongside the characters.
