We were asked if we would like to review the new Herodrive Vehicles range. Being that Ethan is a logo boy I knew he would recognize the logos on the cars. I was hoping they might spark his interest and get him playing. What I wasn’t expecting was for Little E to express such an interest in them and play superheros with me. We really have had lots of fun putting the Herodrive vehicles range to the test.
Herodrive Bat Racer
The Herodrive Bat Racer is the biggest vehicle in the Herodrive range. It is the perfect size for little hands to have lots of Batman fun. This vehicle features hero music and engine sounds and lights which you can activate by pressing the Batman logo button. If you press the button twice this motorized vehicle races forward.
The Herodrive Bat Racer has two looks to choose from. Pop out its wings and the car cockpit will move forward creating its racing mode look. The Batman cape also flaps as this vehicle races along.

Herodrive Signal Squad
The Herodrive signal squad vehicles are the middle size cars in the Herodrive range. Press the logo on the bonnet of this vehicle to project and super signal.
This vehicle is free wheeling leaving you in control of the superhero play.

Herodrive Mash Machines
The Herodrive Mash Machines are the smallest vehicles in the Herodrive range. The mash machines are vehicle mash-ups of your favourite DC super friends. Styled on rescue and urban vehicles.
Pushing the superhero sign on the front of the vehicle activates three different sounds. Including character-appropriate sounds and sirens. These vehicles are also freewheeling.

What Did Little E Love About The Herodrive Vehicles?
Little E loves all of these vehicles and happily plays with them all. The vehicle of choice is normally the Herodrive Bat Racer. She likes its size and the fact that it shoots forward. The Herodrive Signal Squad is also a firm favourite but she doesn’t really play with it as such. She will take it in to a dark room and use it like a torch. We play with the Herodrive Mash Machines together. We each have a car and chase them around the room. They fit nicely in her hand and are sturdy enough for our races.
What I Love About The Herodrive Vehicles?
I love the design of all of these vehicles. They have bright colours and are very easy for children to handle. It did take a little while for us to get the Bat Racer to move forward on its own. Make sure you switch it to ‘on’ mode and not ‘try me’. It will move forward on the second push of the logo. These vehicles can be a little noisy and I don’t think that you can adjust the volume. We normally put some sellotape over the speaker if noisy toys start to get too much. Don’t tell the kids! The below video shows you how all of the Herodrive vehicles work.
