Last year LEGO added a Harry Potter advent calendar to their Christmas advent calendar range. I added it to my list of Advent Calendar reviews. This year they have released another one. In this post, I unbox the LEGO Harry Potter Advent Calendar 2020.

About The LEGO Harry Potter Advent Calendar 2020
This Harry Potter advent calendar has 24 doors to open. This year the Harry Potter theme is the Yule Ball. The ball takes place in the fourth film, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. This calendar contains 6 LEGO Harry Potter Minifigures. The items collected throughout December recreate scenes from the Yule Ball.

My Thoughts On The LEGO Harry Potter Advent Calendar 2020
I love that this calendar is themed around the Yule Ball which is a real highlight in the fourth book and film. I wasn’t sure what a few of the items were. I think the extra fireplace pieces were an unusual choice to add. It wasn’t clear to me what they were. I think they could have included something different behind those doors. I still think that any Harry Potter would love to open this advent calendar every day in December.
Must make them different in different places. None of the items and/or instructions where where yours were. Way to keep them guessing Lego!
How strange! Unless there was an issue at the printers that got missed in a batch?!
I agree a Hagrid and Headmistress of Beauxbaxton would have been good and Krum maybe? Instead of extra fireplace and extra trees. Love it though.
