I’m getting terrible with getting our Me and Mine photos taken on time but we have finally been busy getting out and about and catching up with family and friends. I have wanted to stick to my plan of capturing our photos whilst out and about, yesterday we were able to go out for a walk and took the camera with us.
It’s not the best photo, and it is out of focus but here is our April Me and Mine photo.
This month marked the anniversary of Ethan starting school and he has now been attending for a year. It’s hard to remember that this time last year Ethan didn’t have many words, he had only just started calling me mummy the Christmas before and now his communication is amazing. We are miles away from a ‘typical’ five year old but for us our little guy has made amazing progress. It really come to light this weekend when his grandparents saw him and really noticed a big change since Christmas.
Little E started going to nursery, it’s only one afternoon a week at the moment but it looks like she is having an amazing time. She has started to cry when she has to leave us but she also cries when she leaves the nursery. We really do believe she loves her time there and we are so glad we have started her going to nursery sooner rather than later.
There hasn’t been much happening for the adults this month which I’m glad of. As always we are kept busy with normal day-to-day life.
We are looking forward to May, Ethan will turn six and we are going on a family break to Center Parcs which we really hope both children will enjoy.
