For the past year I have been eating dinner on my own in the front room. This is because sitting at our dining table become too uncomfortable for me whilst I was pregnant. When Little E arrived I would then sit in the front room with her.
With Little E getting older and moving on in her weaning journey, we thought it was right to get out the high chair. So last week Little E joined us for dinner for the very first time.
It was lovely eating dinner together as a family and I even think Little E enjoyed sitting with us. Ethan also enjoys the change and his food battles have got a little easier. Ethan has actually left the table if Little E is not sitting there when he eats.
Lovely to all sit together as a family for dinner and glad that Little E being there is helping ease the food battles for Ethan too 🙂
Fingers crossed it feels like it is helping Ethan. I think he really enjoys us all sitting at the table together again x
Oh wow what a milestone for you too, having family meal times, and being able to sit at the table yourself after a year! We love the Antilop highchair and it looks like E loves her new place at the table! x
We had that high chair for my nice who is now 16! It has well and truly past the test of time lol
