I have decided that 2015 is the year I start to take care of myself. Not only do I need to do this for me but I need to so this for my children. I need to get fitter so that I can keep up with Ethan and his needs. I’m also going to have a toddler keeping on my toes very soon!
We have been through a few stressful years with Ethan’s diagnosis where cake has been the best pick-me-up after most appointments. Chocolate also got us through when Little E arrived, so needless to say I have some baby weight to shift.
I have been sent a Slimpod from Thinking Slimmer to help me start my getting fitter plan. I will be listening to this Slimpod every night with the goal of retraining my thought processes to being healthy.
As it has been six months since my c-section I have also dusted off the Wii and activated a 30 day challenge on EA Active. I started this challenge yesterday morning, I have never completed one of these challenges and I’m hoping the Slimpod will motivate me to do this.
The biggest habits I want to change is the amount of tea I drink and also I would like to stop snaking on breakfast cereals before I go to bed. I also want to become more active and hopefully gain confidence and overcome my anxiety so that I can finally leave the house with both children on my own.
Thinking slimmer is all about setting yourself goals so over that the next 12 weeks I’m hoping that my slimpod will help me lower my current BMI and hopefully drop a dress size along the way.
I’d never heard of this before, sounds interesting. Good luck with it lovely xx
