I’m a bit behind with updating you all on our meal plans at the moment as we are actually half way through our week two plan and the shopping list has just been ordered for week three!
I have decided to update you all on the new things we try as I’m being very good and freezing any left overs so week two has been a mix of some new dishes, a new favourite dish (yet to be blogged about) and left overs from week one.
We are trying the following new dishes this week
- Sweet Potato Pasties
- Kashmiri Butter Chicken (a new favourite)
- Spicy Pork Meatballs (with left over pasta sauce)
- Tarka Dahl
- Spaghetti Bolognese
- Creamy Pasta Bake
Spaghetti bolognese from scratch is a first for me but I have been informed by my mum that Ethan loves this, its not one of my favourites but worth a try as there is red meat and vegetables included in the recipe book I hold.
I’m also hoping that each week we will be able to try something new so I think I will be on the look out for a new cook book soon.
