Word Of The Week – Appointments

Our word of the week this week is

Appointments

With Ethan at school I have not only been making use of the time by doing activities with Little E. I had also been catching up with all of the appointments I have been meaning to have over the past few months.

This week has seen both dentist and doctors appointments, I also had to make a trip into London. It really has been a non-stop week and this week has flown past.

Ethan’s second week of school has gone well but getting on the school bus is still an issue. Today we have a non-uniform which could cause some issues as one of his visuals for going to school is being removed today.

I’m enjoying my time with Little E, she is really enjoying Sing and Sign and today we are even given Baby Ballet a try.

I’m hoping things will calm down over the next few weeks and we get into a nice routine.

I’m sure it will, I think we have just been taking advantage of the hours Ethan is at school x

I think we may always have an issue with the bus, I have a feeling he has turned it into a little game!

  1. It sounds like you’ve had a very productive week, albeit and very busy week. And glad to hear that Ethan is having a good time at school.
I hope next week you get a bit more time to yourself – or relaxing time to yourself, shall I say!

It went OK, thankfully. Still had issues getting on the bus but that might be the way for a while x

  2. I always make sure my appointments are when the kids are at school! and before work if possible.. Sir refuses to go to school in anything other than his uniform, so I let him wear it. If the non uniform day is for charity I send the £1 or whatever anyway 🙂

I did wonder if that’s what we would have to do too but thankfully he coped OK. They do quite a few non-uniform days so I suppose its a good test for preparing for change x
