When we were invited to visit Hirsty’s Family Fun Park during our trip to Great Yarmouth I didn’t know what to expect. But I can tell you it is a great place to take your children and let them blow off some steam. It’s like taking them to a soft play. You can have the freedom to sit and have a coffee whilst they play. The beauty is that it’s outdoors, giving children the space and fresh air that they need.

What Can You Do At Hirsty’s Family Fun Park?
There are many great activities for children at Hirsty’s Family Fun Park. These are the activities our children enjoyed.
Jumping on the Bouncy Castle and Trampolines
Hirsty’s Family Fun Park is home to both a bouncy castle and trampolines. Little E hasn’t been on that many bouncy castles so she made the most of having this one to herself for a while.
Flying Down the Zip Wires
Zip wires are always lots of fun. As we had arrived early in the morning our children had the two zip wires to themselves for quite a while. Darren even had a go on one much to the children’s delight.
Racing on the Pedal Go Karts
The racing track was big enough and there were enough Go Karts for the children to race each other and other visiting children. There was lots of laughter as they raced around the track.
Bouncing on the Giant Jumping Pillow
Everyone loves a giant jumping pillow! Hirsty’s Family Fun Park has two for different age groups. This means younger children can bounce without the fear of a bigger child crashing into them. And I could watch my children without telling them to watch out for the little ones every few minutes.
Getting Lost in Hirsty’s Family Fun Park Corn Maze
When we visited Hirsty’s Family Fun Park there was a Jubilee activity to take part in in the corn maze. You had to go through the maze and find the jewels dotted around it. Marking them off on your sheet as you go. We got totally lost and at one point I thought we were never going to get out. Thankfully Little E helped us work our way out of the maze.
Going on a Tractor Ride
The last time we went on a tractor ride was during our visit to Diggerland. Ethan loves it. Can you tell he loved going on this tractor ride? We were brave and the children went on the ride on their own. Thankfully Ethan stayed seated for the whole journey.
Is There Anything For Toddlers To Do At Hirsty’s Family Fun Park?
Whilst the children were enjoying themselves I did my own exploring. They have a great area for younger children. One part is undercover and contains a home corner and a mini soft play frame. It also has ample seating for families.
Outside the undercover area, there is a sand kitchen and an area full of pedal tractors for younger children to ride on.
What Else Can You Do At Hirsty’s Family Fun Park?
Play A Round Of Mini Golf
If you fancy a round of mini golf there is a fun course at Hirsty’s. The golf clubs are unusual as they are made out of wellington boots.
Climb On The Tractor Climbing Frame
As well as the other activities available to children at Hirsty’s there is a wooden climbing frame shaped like a tractor. It incorporates a climbing wall, a slide and many other obstacles that children love.
Enjoy A Meal Or Sweet Treat From Hirsty’s Hunger Hut
Hirsty’s Hunger Hut serves a great selection of food, snacks and hot and cold drinks. It is also home to a great selection of ice cream. We had lunch booked in Hemsby but we had hot drinks and shared a sausage roll during our visit. I noticed they also sell pre-made children’s lunch boxes which is always handy when you have hungry children to feed.
The children had a great morning at Hirsty’s Family Fun Park. You can see what they got up to in our video below. If you would like to visit Hirsty’s it costs adults £8.50 each to enter. Children aged 3-16 are £12.50 and children between the ages of 1 and 2 are £7.
