Thinking Slimmer – Week 13 Update

It’s week 13 of my Thinking Slimmer journey. This week after my stressful week I have been listening to the chillpod, slimpod and fitpod every night.

The three goals I have set for myself are

1) Feel fitter and be able to run around with my children with ease

2) Drink less tea and more water

3) Drop a dress size

This is what I have been up to over the past week

Wii Fit and EA Active

I still haven’t touched this apart from weighing myself. I really need to start exercising to tone up, I have to work on trying to fit this in.

Tea Drinking

I was getting back into bad habits with my tea drinking. Every time I was able to get Ethan out of the door for school, I felt the need for tea as a reward for the stress it caused. Thankfully I have been able to control this need a bit more this week and even turned to water at times.

Chocolate

Thankfully the stress of last week didn’t bring back any chocolate cravings.

Cereal Before Bed

We are having dinner earlier now as Ethan is so hungry when he gets home from school, this has resulted in a few cereals before bed!

Weight-loss vs Measurements

Thankfully I lost the weight that I put on last week and my BMI is less. My measurements have stayed the same.

Todays BMI – 28.75

Week 13 weight-loss – 2 pounds

Chest Measurement – No loss

Waist Measurement – No loss

Bicep Measurement – No loss

Hip Measurement – No loss

Thigh Measurement – No loss

    Well done on losing the weight again this week. Cereal before bed is something I do wuite a lot and I know I really shouldn’t, I really need to stop eating after a certain time!
