Thinking Slimmer 12 Week Challenge – Week 11 Update

It’s week 11 of my Thinking Slimmer 12 week challenge. This week after my illness I’m back on track, but I must admit I have been tempted with a few Easter treats! Normal service has resumed and I have been listening to the chillpod, slimpod and fitpod every night.

The three goals I have set for myself are

1) Feel fitter and be able to run around with my children with ease

2) Drink less tea and more water

3) Drop a dress size

This is what I have been up to over the past week

Wii Fit and EA Active

I still haven’t touched this apart from weighing myself. I’m going to keep on my challenge after it ends next week and I hope that I can fit in some working out time now that Ethan has started school. I need to get back into exercising to help tone up.

Tea Drinking

Tea drinking is back to normal now, give or take a cup but I do need to work on having more water now.


There was chocolate and it was eaten, but I have noticed that one small piece of chocolate is more than enough for me now.

Cereal Before Bed

I have had cereal before bed once this week.

Weight-loss vs Measurements

I was really surprised I have lost weight this week and it doesn’t even feel like I am trying too. What with the Easter treats being eaten I wasn’t really expecting it!

Todays BMI – 28.59

Week 11 weight-loss – 3 pounds

Chest Measurement – 1.5 cm loss

Waist Measurement – No loss

Bicep Measurement – No loss

Hip Measurement – 2.75 cm loss

Thigh Measurement – 1.5 cm loss
