Thinking Slimmer – Week 15 Update

It’s week 15 of my Thinking Slimmer journey. It was a bad week this week food wise as we celebrated Ethan’s birthday and visited Legoland. This meant there were quite a few burger meals eaten, coke drank and a very big fry up for breakfast.

The three goals I have set for myself are

1) Feel fitter and be able to run around with my children with ease

2) Drink less tea and more water

3) Drop a dress size

This is what I have been up to over the past week

Wii Fit and EA Active

I still haven’t touched this apart from weighing myself. I really need to start exercising to tone up, I have to work on trying to fit this in.

Tea Drinking

I have got back into only drinking four cups of tea a day and it was a lot easier to do that than when I started the Thinking Slimmer challenge.

Chocolate

There was chocolate cake this week and there was one more left over Easter egg. I was very good as I only had one small slice of cake and a few pieces of chocolate eaten.

Cereal Before Bed

I have eaten this once or twice.

Weight-loss vs Measurements

I’m sad to report I put on weight this week but considering how much bad food I ate I’m happy to report it was only a pound.

Todays BMI – 28.75

Week 15 weight – 1 pound gained

Chest Measurement – No loss

Waist Measurement – No loss

Bicep Measurement – No loss

Hip Measurement – No loss

Thigh Measurement – No loss
