I’m trying to get braver with our Sibling Project photos and capture the children out and about more. So for January’s Sibling photo we took the children to Frinton-on-Sea.
It was a very windy and it was freezing cold but I managed to capture this moment with our siblings.
We wasn’t at the beach for long as it was just too cold but I did manage to take a few photos of our time there.
Using the GoPro I was also able to capture our walk on video. I do love the freedom the GoPro gives us, it keeps our hands free so we can keep our children safe and captures our memories. Ethan also loves to watch our You Tube channel, it’s lovely to see his reactions to the places we have been and things we have done as a family.
We were a little braver on this trip as we let go of Ethan’s hand more than we would like too. We tried to control his urge to run into the sea vocally. It was hard work and something we need to work on as Ethan’s excitement is normally too strong and overtakes his listening skills. On the video you might spot the moment that Ethan nearly got soaked by the sea, that would have been an interesting end to our visit!
Last time we went to the beach for a winters walk we ended up with all of our wellies being filled up with sea water! Kids love the freedom of the beach don’t they, big open spaces to stretch their legs and feel the wind blowing them along! Looks like a lovely day out.
It’s great to see the two of them forming their sibling bond, Little E and Ethan both have great characters. Ethan looks so excited to be exploring the beach, it can definitely be difficult to keep them from diving head first in but you’re doing a great job. It’s great to see them both exploring the beach together. Thanks for linking up with me on #CountryKids.
Aww! Lovely photos! Ethan really does like the sea doesn’t he….hehehe
I do love your hats x
Looks like a great day and some lovely pictures too. We were out today and said that we hadn’t used our Gopro nearly enough recently. Planning on taking it out and about much more this year! #countrykids
These two are just so adorable!!! I cannot believe that little Miss E is walking so much now – It seems like yesterday that she was that tiny baby. Time flies eh?! popping by from #countrykids.
