A photo a day, every day, for a year! This year I’m taking part in Project 365. My aim is to take a photo a day every day this year. Creating a photo diary of what we get up to during the year. This is my post for the year 2015 Week 1. We had a nice slow start to the year. Visiting the sea, playing with Christmas presents, and trying new foods.
Project 365 – 2015 Week 1
I took this photo during our New Years Day walk at Frinton-on-Sea. Visiting Frinton-on-Sea is starting to turn into our New Years Day family tradition. Ethan was putting his new scooter to the test. We are so proud of how Ethan has been able to use his new scooter. We thought it might be something that he would struggle with.
It was a quiet day at home. I spent it catching up with the washing and ironing. Little E took the time to explore some of her new toys. She had a lovely first Christmas even though Darren had to work on Christmas day. Thankfully she will be too young to remember that and he only had to work in the morning. So it didn’t turn out too badly. We wouldn’t have been able to stop Ethan from opening his presents on Christmas morning. I let the children open their presents recording it for Darren to watch when he got home.
In my quest to look after myself more I made some homemade soup for lunch. It was an autumn vegetable recipe. The soup was very tasty and made a nice change.
